Collaborate with IT professionals on security and compliance initiatives related to cloud-based data sharing and communication platforms. Monitor and report usage trends and potential issues within M365 applications, supporting continuous improvement. Participate in troubleshooting sessions to resolve end user challenges with M365 applications, documenting solutions for future reference. Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs addressing common questions and best practices for cloud collaboration. Research and understand the latest advancements in Microsoft platforms and services by proactively exploring new tools and development practices. Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with a graduation conferral date between May 2027 and June 2028.
