Language Requirement: Must speak Hindi Bengali Marathi Gujarati or another language or dialect commonly spoken in India.

• Palatine Illinois
• Approximately six-hour shifts five to six days per week
• Schedule may be shared between two caregivers
• Familiarity with Indian culture is preferred

As a Personal Care Aide Youll Contribute to Our Success in the Following Ways:

• Provide personal care support including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene assistance
• Assist the client with mobility transfers and daily living activities
• Encourage safe movement and activity in accordance with the established care plan
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping laundry and other household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Promote a safe comfortable and respectful home environment

What Is Required

• Ability to speak Hindi Bengali Marathi Gujarati or another language or dialect commonly spoken in India
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience
• Compassionate patient and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the clients home
• Ability to lift stand bend and assist the client as needed up to 50 pounds
