As a Tax Manager in PCS, you will be responsible for:Review of tax returns, income tax projections and tax workpapers. Specifically, federal and state individual and fiduciary tax returnsPossess strong technical skills in individual and fiduciary income tax, with working knowledge in partnerships and S-corporationsProvide effective consulting, planning and compliance for your clientsOversee and manage the day-to-day needs of your clients and tax return process including identification and resolution of tax issuesPerform tax research to resolve issuesMaintain strong relationships with a highly proactive approach to serving clientsCoordinates with Partner and staff to ensure timeliness and effective communication for proper planning of projectCoaching, mentoring and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of the tax practiceMaintaining knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends impacting clientBachelor’s degree in Accounting required, Masters in Taxation is preferred, CPA preferred7+ years of progressive public accounting experienceKnowledge of hedge fund and private equity K1sExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapable of managing multiple client engagementsA track record of building and sustaining client relationships and high-quality client serviceOutstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
