Role: Senior Cisco Voice Engineer
\nLocation: Lansing, MI(Hybrid -2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

\n \nSenior experience with Cisco on-premises voice, SBC, SIP, encryption, certificates, and VMWare
\n \nNice to Have:
\n \nNICE experience
\n \nThe ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with Cisco on-premises voice technologies, session border controllers, SIP, voice security, certificates, and VMware-based infrastructure.
\n \n \n \nKey Responsibilities
\n \nDesign, configure, troubleshoot, and support Cisco on-premises voice environments.
\nAdminister and troubleshoot SBC technologies and SIP call flows.
\nSupport voice encryption, certificates, and related security controls.
\nTroubleshoot complex voice, signaling, and interoperability issues.
\nSupport voice platforms hosted on VMware infrastructure.
\nCollaborate with client technical teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents and deliver improvements.
\nParticipate in scheduled after-hours maintenance or support activities as needed.
\nDocument configurations, procedures, and technical resolutions.
\nRequired Qualifications
\n \nSenior-level experience supporting Cisco on-premises voice solutions.
\nStrong experience with session border controllers (SBCs).
\nStrong understanding of SIP, call routing, and voice signaling.
\nExperience implementing or troubleshooting voice encryption.
\nExperience managing and troubleshooting certificates in voice environments.
\nExperience supporting voice infrastructure in VMware environments.
\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\n \nExperience with NICE solutions.
\nExperience supporting large enterprise or public-sector voice environments.
