Sales Coordinator
Capture Accessories – New York, NY
Job Type: Full-time | On-site Mon–Thu / Remote Fri
About the Role
Capture Accessories is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Director in managing the day-to-day operations of our retail accounts. In this role, you will serve as the essential link between our sales relationships and backend fulfillment processes—assisting with buyer meeting prep, sample fulfillment, order processing, CRM administration, and shipment tracking to keep every open order moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Account Coordination
· Work directly with the Sales Director on the day-to-day management of retail accounts.
· Attend buyer meetings to prepare and distribute detailed recaps, capturing key decisions, action items, and next steps.
· Monitor outstanding action items from meetings and follow up to ensure timely completion.
· Coordinate buyer sample requests from sourcing and labeling to shipping, maintaining a log to track status and confirming timely receipt with buyers and internal teams.
Order Processing & CRM Administration
· Accurately enter purchase orders into the CRM system upon receipt.
· Maintain up-to-date, precise account records, order details, and open-order reports within the CRM.
· Serve as the primary internal point of contact for order status inquiries.
Order Tracking & Logistics Execution
· Track open orders from initial purchase order (PO) receipt through final delivery, collaborating closely with the logistics team on shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
· Allocate orders and release them to the warehouse for picking, routing, and timely dispatch.
· Track container movements, follow up on routing status, and ensure shipments go out on schedule.
· Proactively identify and flag potential delays, shortages, or exceptions to the Sales Director and affected account contacts, resolving any documentation or scheduling issues as they arise.
Qualifications
· 2–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or a related role (wholesale or retail experience preferred).
· Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (experience with AMT is a plus).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Schedule
$65,000–$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Monday through Thursday in our New York City office, with Fridays remote. Benefits package included.
