\n• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, with a strong focus on Health Care Revenue Cycle management. • Proven leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
\nSolid understanding of health care revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, claims management, and reimbursement systems.
\n• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing healthcare IT systems and software applications, specifically those related to the revenue cycle.
\n• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
\n• In-depth knowledge of health care regulations (HIPAA, CMS) and industry standards.
\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
\n• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Health Information Management (HIM) technologies is a plus
\n• Experience with Health Information Systems (HIS) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, particularly in a revenue cycle context.
\n• Certifications in Health Care IT, Revenue Cycle Management, or related fields (e.g., CPAR, RHIA, etc.)In-depth knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic), clinical decision support tools, healthcare information technology, and Systems Development Life Cycle.
