Job Description
Yoh has an immediate, 6 month contract opportunity, as a Office Operations Specialist within the Utilities industry to join our client, Onsite , to report to their office in Short Hills, NJ - $25/hr.
- 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday,8AM-430PM
- You must have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills ((PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Provides office administrative support and records maintenance for water utility construction. What You Will Be Doing - Strong customer service skills. - They will be interacting directly with customers and municipal officials on a daily basis, usually under less-than-ideal circumstances
- Research and document customer concerns, taking appropriate action to resolve issues in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, municipal officials, and internal teams to address escalated matters and support successful outcomes.
Who You Are - HS Diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets using formulas and lookup functions to create pivot tables, and maintain accurate operational reports.
- Ability to manage inbox communications and respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers in a courteous, patient, and professional manner
- Experience handling questions, concerns, or requests while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Organized and strong attention to detail when researching, updating, and validating service records
