Functional Day to Day: This is an addition to the current team. This person will be working alongside the Director and Sr. Engineer. This is a small team; the ideal candidate is someone looking for an organization where they can get their hands on a variety of technologies and have ownership of ongoing projects. The main responsibilities will include interfacing with users, Microsoft, ChromeOS, MS Intune, O365, Active Directory, and Audio/Visual for conference room setup. This person should have a customer service first mentality. Soft skills such as communication, attention to detail, patience, and positivity are crucial for success. Someone that has a continuous improvement mindset is going to thrive; they want someone that can evaluate and champion improvement beyond if something just works. We are looking for someone who can ask themselves how they can make it better.
