Are you interested in launching a sales career in Cyber Security or IT Infrastructure? Vandis is looking for someone interested in learning the industry and building practical sales skills. You would begin in a Customer Success role, where you would work with our current clients and account team to help ensure customer experience meets or exceeds expectations.

Cyber Security and IT infrastructure are fast-growing fields that are considered critical infrastructure, and Artificial Intelligence is making this an especially exciting time to enter the industry. Vandis helps clients identify the right technology solutions in an ever-changing market and threat landscape, while building long-term relationships along the way. In this role, you will receive structured training, hands-on exposure, and a clear development path into sales as you learn each step of the sales process, from understanding customer needs and partner solutions to building quotes and eventually managing opportunities of your own. With an uncapped commission program, you will have the opportunity to put your financial growth into your own hands as your skills and book of business develop.

The position is a hybrid remote / office role, with one day in office per week. It comes with full benefits and a base salary of $60K - $70K plus opportunities for bonus.

Responsibilities

• Learn the IT and Cybersecurity industries, including core technologies, industry language, and customer relationship building fundamentals.
• Complete foundational training in IT fundamentals, sales concepts, CRM, PSA, and partner portal tools.
• Interview Vandis clients to provide real intelligence to our sales team and management. From these meetings, identify areas of improvement or reinforcement and share finding with the broader team.
• Where applicable, align with partner customer success teams to engage with mutual clients.
• Build relationships and success stories that will enable you to step into a sales career.
• Develop knowledge of Vandis’ core offerings and partner solutions.
• Participate in and shadow our sales team on client calls.
• Progress toward managing accounts, prospecting new business, qualifying, advancing, and closing deals as part of the sales team.
• Achieve milestones while following a development path with a targeted advancement into an Account Associate role within 1 year.

Requirements

• College education or equivalent early-career experience
• Excellent people skills, communication skills, and follow-through
• Strong ambition and willingness to hunt for new business
• Curiosity and willingness to learn how to discuss a variety of Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure solutions at a high level
• Interest in a sales career
• Ability to take coaching, apply feedback, and grow through a structured development program
