$60,000-$80,000

Essential Functions:

• Contracts Administrator will work closely with other Contracts and company team members to facilitate the administration of multiple commercial and government contracts
• Support function will include reviewing company contract negotiations, obligations, and implementation, by direction of the Contract Manager

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Review documentation related to commercial and government contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Develop and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed to ensure successful contract execution
• Review and preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Referral Partner Agreements, Vendor and Teaming Agreements
• Review of statements of work and associated contract terms
• Preparation of contract-related deliverables
• Tracking of contractual requirements and coordination of requirement completion when inter-departmental coordination
• Contract set up and maintenance in company system(s)
• Maintain accurate and complete records
• Participate in special projects or initiatives for contracts as required

Required Job Specifications

• Bachelor's degree, or applicable work experience, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mergers and Acquisitions, or a related course of study
• 3-5 years of experience of contract administration
• Demonstrated business administration ability

Optional/Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge and/or certification on information audits such as ISO 27001:2013
• Experience with full lifecycle management of commercial contracts
• Experience with IT services contracts and/or products
• GSA Schedule administration
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong work ethic
• Superior communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Work Conditions

Work is typically performed in an office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. The person in this position will often move about inside the office to escort visitors, deliver packages to addressee, etc. Occasionally operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and clients.
