I'm not hiring a salesperson and teaching them manufacturing. A shop owner can tell in the first 90 seconds whether you've ever stood on a floor.
So here's who this is for:
You came up in manufacturing. CNC machining, fabrication, metal trades. You built your own partnerships, you didn't inherit them. And you're tired of being paid like the ceiling is fixed.
Fully remote. Heavy commission. One or two large accounts can put you into six figures. Compensation is entirely negotiable for someone who can prove the network.
The one thing I won't flex on: you have to be hungry.
You bring the relationships. We handle everything behind them.
